What is the address of the new facility?
The new facility is one mile from our current location. The site address is 2200 Byberry Road, Hatboro PA, 19040.

When is the relocation scheduled to take place?
We plan to relocate the equipment during the third quarter of 2023 and complete the move in 30-60 days.

Will all the equipment be moved at the same time?
Each department will move in a predetermined sequence. A Gantt chart will be available for reference.

Can I get a schedule for when each specific type of equipment will be moved?
Based on our construction schedule we currently have date ranges for the planned movement of each type of equipment and will post a detailed schedule here as soon as those dates have been confirmed.

How long will the equipment be offline?
Our relocation has been carefully planned and will be executed with minimal interruption to your business. We expect the equipment in each department to be down for approximately 5-7 business days as the riggers complete the transfer of each machine. Our staff, independent tradespeople, OEMs, and independent installers will be onsite conducting IQ and OQ immediately to ensure our equipment is up and running as soon as possible.

Will there be any change to the manufacturing process?
No, this project is to relocate our existing equipment from our current location to our new site, one mile away. There will be no changes to contact materials, machine programs, tooling, or work instructions.

Will any changes affect KMM quality standards and processes that would impact product quality?
No. As our quality and inspection equipment is moved, we will effectively run from our current facilities while bringing the new facility online. Please be assured that no production will occur which fails to meet proper inspection requirements.

What validations will be performed at the new location to ensure equivalency?
We will run an IQ and OQ on each machine and document it. Please let us know if your company requires a PQ or a more specific re-validation process.

Will KMM Group provide a bridge inventory of my parts?
We are happy to accommodate your inventory needs throughout this transition and beyond. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

Will there be any change to the QMS?
We are currently working to transition from three individual business unit QMSs to one system, which will encompass all KMM Group's entities: KVI, Inc., M&S Centerless Grinding, and Meron Medical. Each business will operate using its current system until the all-encompassing KMM QMS has been audited and certified by the appropriate accrediting bodies.
